Founder & Principal — EDBA LLC

With more than three decades in construction, remodeling, and interior execution, Carlos Arce leads EDBA Studio with a rare combination of craftsmanship roots, technical design expertise, and builder-level ownership experience.

For many years, Carlos operated behind the scenes as a trusted vendor and execution partner for established builders throughout Texas—completing hundreds of kitchens, countertops, flooring installations, and interiors. As many of those firms retired or transitioned, Carlos stepped forward to lead projects directly under the EDBA name. 

In 2011, Carlos Arce acquired a 45% ownership stake in an established custom home building company, purchasing the interest of a departing partner.

This provided direct experience in:

• Custom home construction
   
• Financial responsibility and risk
   
• Trade coordination and scheduling
   
• Client management at scale

Carlos previously owned and operated:

• A fabrication shop
   
• Scavolini Store Houston (Galleria area)
   
• Scavolini Store San Antonio
   

These studios featured kitchens, bathrooms, and custom closets, with a strong European design focus.

As global supply chains shifted, EDBA made a strategic decision to focus on construction leadership and execution—where quality, schedule, and control matter most.
